Modus Operandi

  • A refundable deposit of $650 (or 10% of the estimated bidding) is required before the bidding date. This deposit is fully refundable if the bid is not successful within one (1) hour upon client request.
  • Successful bidders are required to complete full payment of the vehicle cost (excluding clearing charges) within 36 hours of bid approval.
  • Payments are accepted in either USD or NGN.
  • Delivery is completed within 45 days from the date of bid confirmation.
  • Clients may elect to manage customs duty payment independently if preferred.
  • Vehicles are sold in as-is condition. Clients assume responsibility for repairs; however, FH Autos may coordinate repair services or recommend trusted specialists upon request.

Delivery

FH Autos delivers with precision, efficiency, and care. We consistently deliver within 45 days to the port. This is achieved through a curated logistics network managed by seasoned professionals, ensuring seamless handling from port of origin to final destination. Clients enjoy a fully managed experience while we oversee every detail of the process.

Communication

At FH Autos, we prioritize clarity, transparency, and continuous engagement. Upon winning the bid, clients receive structured updates on vehicle status. Once shipped, comprehensive tracking information is provided, enabling real-time visibility from port of loading to port of arrival. Our client relations team remains available throughout the process to ensure a smooth and responsive experience.

Clearing

FH Autos partners with a select network of licensed clearing agents to ensure efficient and compliant customs processing upon arrival in Nigeria. We guarantee clearance and delivery within a maximum of 3 days after vessel discharge. All duties are properly handled to ensure full compliance with Nigerian Customs regulations, eliminating the risk of delays or impoundment.
